We have heard a lot of people - both those with and without a dog of their own - complaining that they find dog walkers (usually professionals) with packs of dogs intimidating.  Even when they are on leads. And it seems that some local authorities are beginning to agree.  Gosport council in Hampshire is imposing a limit of four dogs to one person while Richmond on Thames is reducing its maximum of six to four as well.  Apparently the Kennel Club thinks any sort of limitation is wrong.  But here at the CBC we agree with a limit but even four large dogs such as GSDs, Rottweilers or Leonbergers in the hands of just one person can be a tad unnerving.  What do YOU think?
