When one reads about aggressive dogs, it is easy to imagine an out of control pit bull or rottweiler.  But small dogs can be just as aggressive as the south London chihuahua taken into custody and facing a potential destructoon order shows.  The chihuahua may be the smallest dog in the world but it is a breed that is fiercely loyal and protective.  The Dangerous Dogs Act which was amended in 2014 to make it an offence for a dog to be out of control anywhere is no respecter of size....
