Bristol University, in conjunction with the Dogs Trust, is embarking on a study into dog development.  It is hoped that it will result in a clearer insight into the effects of environment and upbringing on a dog as he grows through puppyhood, adolescence, adulthood and eventually old age.  It is also hoped that the study will give participating puppy owners a clearer understanding of physical and behavioural development.  The researchers will follow up to 5,000 dogs over their lifespan and the study is open to all types of puppies under 16 weeks old.  To be part of the UK's first ever puppy life study email This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
